What we collect when you ask for a quote, how we use it, and how to have it deleted.
Who we are

What we collect
When you request a quote online: your name, phone number, email (optional), ZIP code (optional), what needs repair, your description and any photos. When you text, WhatsApp or call us: what you send us there. To run the site, our host processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver pages, block spam (Cloudflare Turnstile) and count visits (Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies). We use no advertising trackers.
How we use it
Only to reply to your request, prepare your quote, schedule and carry out the repair, and follow up about that job. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists.
Who processes it for us
Cloudflare (hosting, spam protection, visit counts), Resend (delivers form emails), Google Gmail (where we receive requests) and Telegram (instant alerts to our team with your name, contact details, ZIP and description; photos stay in email). We share it with no one else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your request and photos while we need them for your quote, your repair and our records. Ask us, and we will delete them.

Children
This site is not directed to children under 13.
