What changes the price
Why one repair costs more than another
Every piece is different. These are the things we look at in your photos before we quote.
Size of the damage
A small tear, burn or scratch on one cushion is typically $175–$200. A crack across a whole seat or a large crack with faded color is a bigger repair.
Where the damage is
Armrests, bolsters and seams take the most wear. One armrest is typically $175–$200, both armrests $195–$280, a cracked side bolster $200–$250.
How many repairs
Several repairs on one piece are quoted as one job, typically $220–$350.
The material
Genuine leather, bonded leather, faux leather and vinyl are repaired differently. Peeling bonded or faux leather on a car seat is typically $220–$300.
Color work
Matching the repaired area to the surrounding color is part of every repair. Recoloring whole cushions or a full sofa is a larger job, quoted from photos.
Distance
Travel is free within 40 miles of our Aurora workshop; $65 beyond 40 miles.
